Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to anyone who makes a donation to The Financial Clinic.

Donations, whether made online or by mail, are non-refundable.

Recurring donors may cancel future donations by sending an email to administration@thefinancialclinic.org. Payments will stop the month after donations are cancelled. For example, if you withdraw in April, your credit card will be charged in April but not May.

We reserve the right to make changes to this policy. Any changes to this policy will be posted.

Terms and Conditions

You agree that your use of the Website is subject to the following Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions may be modified at any time and from time to time; the date of the most recent changes or revisions will appear on this page. Donations, whether one-time or recurring, may be made through The Financial Clinic’s website, or by mailing a check, made payable to “The Financial Clinic” and mailed to Industry City, 254 36th Street, Suite B321, Brooklyn, NY 11232.

Tax receipts will be issued to the e-mail address and mailing address provided with the donation.

There is no minimum donation.

Donations, whether made online or by mail, are non-refundable.

All credit card transactions will be processed in US dollars.
