Tamika Johnson, Manager of Service Delivery

Tamika Johnson joined The Financial Clinic as the Manager of Service Delivery under the CommunityBOOST Ecosystem in May 2020. In this role, Tamika is responsible for providing education and technical assistance to frontline staff at partner organizations, as well as providing financial coaching to customers.

Prior to working at the Clinic, Tamika spent 18 years working at a nonprofit resource and referral organization. Much of her career has been dedicated to early education, health and safety in child daycare, and policy change for child daycare programs. Her passion lies in assisting others to reach their fullest potential. Her most recent position was Director of Child Daycare Inspections. In 2015, Tamika was recognized by the Democrat and Chronicle as a “Woman to Watch.”

Tamika holds a MBA, as well as an undergraduate degree in Law and Criminal Justice. In her free time, she loves to watch and play tennis, as well as spend time with family at the beach.
