Martin D’Andrade joined The Financial Clinic in 2016 as Chief Operating Officer, leading the team in Finance, Operations Administration, and Human Resources.
Martin first partnered with the Clinic in 2008 when he launched the first “Advance at Work” project in the Workforce Once Career Center System, which provided compelling evidence that by adding financial security building strategies, workforce development customers achieve significant increases in hours worked and income earned.
With over 12 years of experience in workforce development, Martin has always found his passion in programs that are focused on community service. Previous positions include Vice President for FEGS, Director and Board Member for DB Grant Associates, and Program Manager for Easter Seals. During his leadership and tenure in the Workforce1 Career Center System, Martin helped place over 10,000 New Yorkers seeking employment.
Martin holds a Master of Public Affairs and Administration and Bachelor of Business Administration from the Metropolitan College of New York and is a NYS Licensed Real Estate Agent.
Outside of public service, Martin’s second passion is music, and in his spare time, he loves to DJ and provide music production services for singers and musicians.
