Elisabeth Shaller joined the Financial Clinic in June 2019 as the Development Associate. Elisabeth is responsible for drafting grant proposals, conducting research about fundraising opportunities, and running annual individual donor campaigns.
Prior to joining the Financial Clinic, Elisabeth became interested in nonprofit work, poverty alleviation, and economic policy through her internship and volunteer experience. In 2018, Elisabeth worked as a digital intern at Action Against Hunger USA, where she gained experience with digital marketing and development work. Most recently, she worked as a Democracy Intern at Small Planet Institute, where she helped manage the social media accounts of author Frances Moore Lappé and conducted research on political advocacy groups.
Elisabeth graduated from Brandeis University in 2019 with a degree in International Studies and Political Science.
During her free time, Elisabeth enjoys spending time with friends, long-distance running, and wandering around New York City.
