Assistant Director of National Programs
Ohio-based Assistant Director of National Programs, Adrienne Bradley, joined The Financial Clinic in December 2019. Adrienne earned her Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations and Marketing from the University of Toledo and her Masters degree from Bowling Green State University in Organizational Development.
Adrienne’s heart is centered on community development and building authentic relationships, with 13 years in nonprofit and community-based organizations in the areas of organizational development, financial empowerment, and racial inequities. Adrienne works on both program development and direct community engagement, with the goal of empowering people to effectively impact their own communities. Adrienne is an innovative OD practitioner who aims to be inclusive while engaging, and connect and empower individuals within programs, organizations, and communities to create successful and impactful change. She is an enthusiastic community facilitator, where she finds purpose in designing, facilitating, and executing interventions to bring multi-stakeholder groups together to work towards a shared purpose.
Prior to joining the Clinic, Adrienne worked as an Associate Vice President of Community Impact at United Way of Summit County, Manager of Programs at Akron-Canton Regional Foodbank, and Program and Development Coordinator at United Way of Miami-Dade in Miami.
Adrienne currently sits on the Board of Equity Toledo, and was selected by the Greater Akron Chamber of Congress as a “30 For The Future” recipient, and was featured as “One to Watch” in Inside Business Magazine.
Adrienne currently resides in Toledo, Ohio with her partner Ray, and their son, Sebastian.
